Why can't I call and reach out to the customer?

This can be due to many reasons, including:

  • Network issue
  • Customer input a wrong number
  • Your current phone number doesn't match the number registered in your rider app

As a rider, you can avoid the 3rd situation happening by making sure the phone number you are using (your sim card) match the phone number register in the rider app. You can simply click on your name from the top left corner of the menu, and change your phone number in the app.
