Applying is simple and easy!

  1. A “Deliveroo // Shell - FLEET Card Application” email will be sent to eligible riders
  2. Click “Review Document”, and fill in your rider details, personal information, and Direct Debit Authorization Form. (Please carefully read the guide on the application form when filling out your details)
  3. Once approved, Shell FLEET card* will be delivered within 2-3 weeks
  4. Present your Shell FLEET card at payment, and your purchase will be charged to the card*. You will be invoiced every month, and Shell will settle the invoice via direct debit from your bank account on the 15th day of the following month. 

*Each rider will be entitled to apply for one Shell FLEET card.
*Eligibility will be reviewed on a quarterly rolling basis. Riders must have completed at least 600 orders in the past 3 months to receive this offer. If you fail to meet the requirement, your card and the associated offerings will be disabled. 

Terms and Conditions

  • The offers are applicable to active riders only.
  • Successful applicants will be issued with one Shell Card, embossed with the license plate no. stated in the application form. The Shell Card offer is only applicable for the vehicle stated in the application form.
  • Processing time for Shell FLEET card and Direct Debit Setup is approximately 14 business days.
  • The monthly fuel consumption limit for each card is set at $3000 HKD.
  • Invoices will be mailed by Shell to each rider at the beginning of the month and payment will be made automatically via direct debit 15 days after the invoice date.
  • Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision on any disputes regarding the Shell Fleet Card offer.
  • The cardholder will be personally liable for the payment of the Shell Fleet Card.
  • If payment is not made by Shell’s deadline, Deliveroo may deduct the outstanding sum from the service fees otherwise due on the Deliveroo rider account associated with the cardholder.
