Order demand updated in real time

With 3 new simple levels of demand (busy, moderate, and not busy) that’s updated every 5 minutes, the all new live heatmap will help you decide when and where to go online to maximise your earnings. The busier an area is, the more orders available there are to deliver.

How does the new heatmap works?

Opportunities to earn more with Boost Fees

As always, there will also be incentives and fee boosts available at different times in different zones to help you earn more. With just a tap, you can view fee boosts in the app and go online whenever and wherever you want!

Saturdays and Sundays dinner are still our busiest times of the week, which makes them the best times to ride. In general, earnings are always higher at lunch and dinner times.

Boost Fee

If your acceptance rate is 80% or above by the end of each cycle, we’ll add a 1.3x boost fee to every order you completed. On the home page of your Rider App, you will be able to see the following:

  • Order fees: Your cumulative service fees on completed orders (boost fees are not included)
  • Your rate: Your current acceptance rate
  • Boost fees: The additional amount that will be added to your fees if your acceptance rate is 80%+ at the end of every cycle

  • How do I use the "Planner" page?

You no longer need to book any sessions in the "Planner" page when you go online.

  • What is the "Get paid" feature in the app?

The payment cycle starts every Monday at 00:00 and cut off at 23:59 the following Sunday. Payment of the previous cycle is processed weekly on Tuesdays. We understand that some riders may wish to get their service fees before Tuesday or at other times. Simply click the “Get paid” button on your Earnings page. We believe this allows more flexibility on managing your finances.

Please note that while using this feature allows you to get your service fees outside of the service fee payout day (Tuesday), it does not mean the fees will be deposited immediately. Typically, you can receive the fees within one business day, and each time there is a HKD $5 bank processing fee. If the request falls on a public holiday or weekend, the bank may require additional time to process your request. Please be patient during these situations.
