How can I replace an item that is not part of the Core Kit?
Replacement is only possible for items in the core kit of the Equipment Request form.
Core kit means the following for different vehicle types:
Scooter:
- Scooter backpack
- Small thermal bag
- Jacket
- Short sleeve base
Bicycle
- Bicycle backpack
- Small thermal bag
- Jacket
- Short sleeve base
Walker:
- Small thermal bag
- Jacket
- Short sleeve base
