Rider jacket
- Should be at least 40% reflective or high visibility material
- Include reflective elements on the waist, cuffs & shoulders to ensure that the outline of your body & movement is visible to all other road users

Lighting

- Front (white) & back (red) lights in full working condition

Helmet
- An undamaged helmet suitable for the bicycle / scooter
