According to the tax policy, every rider is required to submit the tax return to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). Deliveroo is also obligated to submit your annual tax return to the IRD.
We are currently preparing the relevant document, and a copy will be sent to your registered email. Therefore, please make sure your registered email address is accurate, and update it through the Rider App if needed.
You may follow the instructions below to check and update your registered email address:
1. Click the navigation icon on the top left corner of the Rider App, and click your rider ID
2. Check your email address, and click “Change contact details” to update the email address.
