Deliveroo always aims to improve your experience. Starting now, we are launching the brand new one-stop Rider Website, so that you can be better informed and supported by us! 💪🏼

Here are the 5 main features of the new Rider Website:

1. Information on major topics 

In the past few weeks, our Operations Team has reorganized all the rider-related information and categorized them into different topics (Insurance, COVID-19, App Features, Delivering Orders, Fees & Payments, Kit & Equipment, New to Deliveroo), you can simply click the “Menu Bar” at the top right corner to access all topics.

2. Adding over 100 FAQs  📑

We also understand that time is of the essence to our riders. Therefore, we have converted all the most frequently received enquiries into FAQs, so that all the answers you want are right at your fingertips. 

3. Built-in search engine that brings all information just one-click away 🔍

The new rider website has a powerful built-in search engine. After entering the keyword, you will then see the information being categorized as "FAQs", "Latest News" and other pages.

4. Contact Us function ☎️

The new Rider Website is rich in content and covers a wide range of frequently asked questions, but you can still submit your queries and comments anytime and the team will answer them as soon as possible!

5. Mobile-friendly 📱

With the updated user interface, it will now be easier for you to read through the pages and FAQs when you are on the road, providing you with a smoother and seamless experience.
