Giving Delivery Feedback

To ensure that we are understanding more of your full riding experience for each order, we suggest all riders to take advantage of the in-app feedback function. Upon completion of each order, you will be given an option to rate the delivery experience with a “👍” or “👎”.

When you rate the experience with a “👎”, please choose the area from the list you are unsatisfied with.

If there’s no applicable option, please select “Others” and include our designated keywords (as follows) when writing in the free-text box. This will allow us to understand the scenario at its best. 

  • Packing: e.g. Bad Packing- Spillage/ Poor Packing/ Packing (Bag)/ Damaged Packing/ Packing Unstable
  • Large Order: Too heavy/ Too many bags
  • Restaurant Wrong pin
  • Customer Wrong pin
