New rider - Rider Kit Store tutorial

For NEW Deliveroo riders or riders that are using the rider store for the first time

Don't worry if you didn't know how to use the online rider kit store! Just simply follow the instructions below and you can easily purchase the kits you want.

  1. When you enter the kit store website, create a new account with your Deliveroo registered email address and set a new password.
  2. You should be able to see different kits and bundles selections once you've signed in. As a new rider, you are required to purchase the entire Bundle – Scooter, Bicycle or Walker. You must also purchase the kit that matches your vehicle type that you indicated in the application.
    *DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS SEPARATELY.*
  3. The bundle price will be discounted to HKD$200 after you add the bundle to checkout.
  4. Please make sure to select the correct size.
  5. After the items are added to the cart, you must checkout with a credit card - Visa & Master card only. You will be unable to purchase the rider kit if you do not have a credit card.
  6. Enter your shipping address and we will deliver the kit to you within 5-7 business days.
    Please make sure to answer your phone when the delivery driver calls and ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery.
  7. If you missed your delivery, you will be noted via email and have 14 days from the date of the email notice to pick up your kit. If you do not pick up the order within 14 days, you will be charged fees of up to HKD$100.

*Please note that all kits are non-refundable.

**If you are a previously terminated rider due to breach of Supplier Agreement, please do not apply again.

***Please noted that if you do not use a thermal bag, restaurants may refuse to provide you with orders and you may face termination.
