Why haven’t I received my IR56M form? How to get the IR56M form?

The IR56M form (Inland Revenue Department Notification of Remuneration Paid to Persons Other Than Employees) is a declaration document submitted to the tax authorities for individuals who receive income from sources other than employment, including all delivery service providers. Riders who have accumulated a total service fee amount exceeding HK$25,000 or more within the previous fiscal year* (1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024) should have received a related email.

If you have not received the IR56M form associated with your account, you can calculate the total service fee amount accumulated during the relevant fiscal year by checking your email inbox for the service fee invoices you have received:

  • If the total amount is HK$25,000 below, and we have not provided the corresponding documents. Please use the total amount from your service fee invoices as the reported income.
  • If the total amount is HK$25,000 or above and you have not received the IR56M form, please contact us through the Rider website.

If you have any additional queries, please contact us through the Rider website.

*The invoice date will be used as the reference.
