Deliveroo pledged to support riders who work with us regularly amid the pandemic situation. Riders who have been diagnosed with covid-19 by a medical authority or have been instructed to remain in quarantine, may be eligible for the fund. To apply, please:
- Send us the medical authority certificate through Rider Support “Contact us”
- An application link will be shared to you if you are eligible for applying the Supporting Fund
- After the application is approved, the Supporting Fund will be transferred to Rider’s registered bank account within 2 weeks. Such payment will be shown under “Fee adjustment- Supporting Fund” in your Self-invoice.
