How to apply for Deliveroo's Rider Support Fund?

Deliveroo pledged to support riders who work with us regularly amid the pandemic situation. Riders who have been diagnosed with covid-19 by a medical authority or have been instructed to remain in quarantine, may be eligible for the fund. To apply, please:

  1. Send us the medical authority certificate through Rider Support “Contact us”
  2. An application link will be shared to you if you are eligible for applying the Supporting Fund
  3. After the application is approved, the Supporting Fund will be transferred to Rider’s registered bank account within 2 weeks. Such payment will be shown under “Fee adjustment- Supporting Fund” in your Self-invoice.
