Why can I no longer log in to the rider app account?

This can due to the reasons listed, such as:

  1. You are being disabled or terminated - please check your email
  2. Wrong login information, such as wrong email or phone number - please double check your account credentials
  3. App Error - please try to delete and re-download the app, if the problem persists, please remember to attach the screenshots as a proof after you click the button below to contact the rider support team.
